HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR CHANGES WELLNESS?

It's as easy as going to the Plans and Pricing page and clicking on your selection!   

All plans are subscription plans where payment will be deducted on the same date every month.  It will ask you to register with the website and then you can choose to pay by PayPal or with your credit card. 

CAN I CANCEL AT ANYTIME?

Yes!  You can cancel the subscription yourself through the website or you can let Tamara know and she can cancel it.  The plans cannot be prorated so you will still have access to your Changes Wellness account until the day before your renewal date. 

HOW DO I ACCESS CHANGES WELLNESS?

Changes is hosted via an app that can be downloaded onto your phone or accessed on your computer. After you join you will receive a Welcome email outlining which app to download and how to access it.

WHAT DO I DO ONCE I'VE DOWNLOADED THE APP?

Look around and get comfortable!  Check out the Groups that you have been automatically added to.  You'll want to upload a profile pic first and we encourage you to introduce yourself in the Members Chat Group.  There is an Excel Sheets pinned post to track your daily activity in the 30 Minutes a Day Club.  The Ask Your Coach group has an option for scheduling focused movement in as well as biweekly motivational posts.  If you are a Premium member you will have a Let's Get Moving group which contains mandatory Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire that must be completed before your first workout and the Zoom link for the live, streamed workouts.

WHAT DOES THE APP LOOK LIKE?

It is owned by Facebook so it looks exactly like scrolling through your Facebook groups!  There is a notifications section and a newsfeed to scroll through and you can comment and react to other members' posts.

 

The difference is you don't have "friends", you are all group members.  So instead of posting on your own profile you go to the individual group you want to post in.

For example: 30 Minutes a Day Club to post a pic of your daily walk, All About Food to post a pic of the new recipe you tried last night or Members Chat Group to ask the other members their opinion on the latest podcast you watched/ book you just read, etc.  

ARE THE WORKOUTS LED BY AN INSTRUCTOR?

Every Monday/ Wednesday and Saturday at 8:20am the creator of Changes Wellness Tamara will start a live Zoom session.  Premium members will have a few minutes to chat, get ready and then the streamed workout will begin at 8:30am.  While Tamara is a Personal Training Specialist and she will be doing the workout with you, she will not be leading the workouts.  She will be there to recommend individual modifications for each member, to give pointers on the specific technique for certain exercises and to monitor participants to make sure they are doing the exercises correctly and safely.
